Who this policy covers
This policy covers the Elyntica website, contact inquiries and the PaidReady workspace. Elyntica operates the website. For information uploaded to a company workspace, your organization determines the purposes of processing; contact its administrator first for requests about those records. The applicable customer agreement should define the controller and processor responsibilities.
This is a pre-launch policy. The operator’s registered legal identity, postal address, privacy email, production hosting locations and service-provider list remain to be confirmed. Until these details are finalized, use the Privacy request option on our contact form.
Information we collect
Contact inquiries: name, work email, company, role, company size, optional phone number, selected interest and your message. Campaign parameters are attached only when you allow usage measurement. Please avoid sensitive information in public forms.
Workspace information: account and company details, password hashes, role and access settings, projects, payroll and operational records, uploaded documents, review decisions and audit history. Workspace administrators and authorized users can access records according to their assigned permissions.
Technical information: authentication tokens, cookie preferences and a hashed connection identifier used to limit repeated form submissions. Infrastructure providers may process connection and security logs; the production provider list and log settings are pending confirmation.
Purposes and legal bases
We use inquiry information to respond to requests and discuss services. Where GDPR applies, this may be necessary to take steps toward a contract at your request, or for our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Account administration and delivery of agreed services support the customer relationship. Security, abuse prevention and audit records support our legitimate interest in protecting the service and accountable access. Statutory records may be kept where a legal obligation requires this.
Optional usage measurement depends on your consent. It is off until you opt in and can be disabled in Cookie settings. We do not treat a contact inquiry or acceptance of service terms as permission for marketing.
Cookies and measurement
The paidready_session cookie maintains authenticated access for up to 12 hours. The elyntica_consent cookie stores your privacy choice for 180 days. Our Cookie policy explains both.
If you permit usage measurement, the site emits internal interaction events and may save campaign source information with your inquiry. No external analytics or advertising service is currently connected. No advertising pixels or embedded social trackers are loaded.
Sharing and international transfers
Records are available to authorized Elyntica staff and, for workspace data, authorized users in your organization. Infrastructure or support providers may process information to deliver the service once appointed. We do not sell personal information through this application. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
Production hosting, subprocessors and transfer locations have not yet been finalized. Before processing production personal data, Elyntica must assess any international transfers and establish applicable safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses where required. Social sharing links open a third-party service only when you choose to use them; that service’s own policy applies.
Retention and security
Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie policy. Business records, inquiries, uploads and audit history currently remain in the application database or file storage until removed through an authorized operational process. A production retention and backup-deletion schedule has not yet been configured.
Retention must be limited by the purpose of each record, the customer agreement and applicable legal obligations. Requests for deletion may be limited where records are needed for legal obligations or claims.
The application uses password hashing, role-based access and authenticated sessions. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee security. Production access, backups and incident-response procedures must be established by the operator.
Your privacy rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw optional measurement consent in Cookie settings without affecting processing already carried out lawfully. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Use our contact form with “Privacy request” selected. Describe the request without sending identity documents, passwords or sensitive records. Proportionate identity checks may be needed. GDPR requests normally require a response within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You can also complain to your competent data-protection authority.
For employer or customer-controlled workspace records, contact your organization’s administrator. Elyntica should assist the organization in accordance with its processing agreement.
Children, decisions and updates
The service is intended for business users, not children. Do not submit children’s information through the website. PaidReady supports record organization and human review; its readiness indicators are not binding legal or payment decisions.
We will update this policy when processing changes. Material changes to optional tracking require a fresh choice before those technologies are enabled. Last updated: September 11, 2026.
