Scope and status
These draft terms describe permitted use of the Elyntica website and PaidReady workspace. The operator’s registered legal identity and jurisdiction are pending confirmation before public launch. They do not establish a paid subscription or replace a signed customer agreement.
Commercial scope, service levels, processing obligations, fees, billing, cancellation and any liability allocation must be agreed in a separate order or services agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the applicable signed agreement governs the contracted service.
Authorized business use
Use the service only if you have authority to act for yourself or your organization. Keep account credentials private, use accurate account details and inform your administrator if access is no longer appropriate. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account.
Do not bypass access controls, access another organization’s information, distribute malicious content, interfere with service availability or use the service unlawfully. Security testing requires prior authorization from the operator.
Your information and documents
You retain your rights in the records and documents you submit. You must have a lawful basis and the necessary permissions to provide them. Elyntica may process that content as needed to deliver the agreed service and according to the applicable customer agreement.
Review uploads for accuracy and relevance. Do not send payroll or other sensitive records through the public contact form. Keep appropriate copies of business-critical records; retention, export and deletion requirements should be agreed before production use.
Human review and product limitations
PaidReady organizes project, payroll, document and review information. Readiness states reflect workflow information; they do not guarantee compliance, government acceptance, payment entitlement or payment. Users remain responsible for verifying source records and making decisions.
Website articles, sample dashboards and conceptual visuals are informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, or evidence of a client relationship. Confirm current capabilities and obtain appropriate professional advice for regulated decisions.
Intellectual property and links
Elyntica or its licensors retain rights in its software, branding, designs and original website content. You may use the site for legitimate evaluation and agreed business purposes. No ownership of the underlying software is transferred.
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content, services and privacy practices. A link does not establish endorsement or a commercial relationship.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. This development version does not provide a contractual uptime commitment. Any production service levels and support obligations belong in the customer agreement.
Access may be restricted to investigate abuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. Workspace administrators manage authorized users. Contact Elyntica about account closure and the treatment of retained records.
Fees, liability and applicable law
No purchase, automatic renewal or payment obligation is created by browsing this website or submitting an inquiry. Confirm pricing, taxes, cancellation and refund provisions in a written commercial agreement before buying services.
No provision here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability limits and governing-law provisions require review against the operator’s confirmed jurisdiction and the signed agreement; none are invented for this pre-launch version.
Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy and Cookie policies explain data use and optional measurement. Cookie permission is separate from service terms and may be withdrawn without losing core access.
